Step 1: Check-In & Assessment

When we receive your garments, each piece is carefully inspected for stains, fabric type, and any signs of damage.

Letting us know about specific stains helps us treat them more effectively and achieve the best possible results. We record all observations and get your items ready for professional cleaning at our specialized facility.

Step 2: Detail & Pre-Treament

Each garment goes through a second detailed inspection. Stains are carefully pre-treated using specialized solutions to break them down before the main cleaning process.

We use a high-purity hydrocarbon solvent that’s both gentle on fabrics and environmentally responsible—delivering a deep clean while preserving the quality and longevity of your garments.

Step 3: Eco-Friendly Clean

Garments are gently cleaned in specialized machines using the hydrocarbon solvent, which lifts oils and dirt while protecting delicate fabrics. After cleaning, the solvent is fully extracted and recycled to reduce waste.

Step 4: Dry & Press

Once cleaned, each garment undergoes a tailored drying and finishing process based on its fabric and construction. Delicate items are carefully air-dried or gently tumble-dried to preserve their integrity, while structured pieces are steam-pressed or hand-finished to restore their original shape and drape.

Our expert team pays close attention to detail—ensuring seams are aligned, pleats are sharp, and collars are crisp. The result? Fresh, polished garments that look and feel brand new, ready for your next event, meeting, or night out.

Drop Off & Pick Up

You can drop off your items anytime at our store between 8am-7pm during hours—just check in with one of our friendly team members.

Our partner picks up new orders and delivers cleaned garments three times a week to keep things running smoothly.

Frequently asked questions

What items can be dry cleaned?

While the focus is on dry cleaning, many garments are also laundered with extra attention to stain removal and fabric care. All items are cleaned according to their care label instructions. If no label is present or there’s a risk involved, we’ll notify you before moving forward.

Please note that leather, fur, and certain oversized items aren’t eligible for cleaning through our service and should be taken to a specialty cleaner.

How do you handle delicate fabrics and specialty items?

Our experienced cleaning partner carefully inspect each item, identifying potential issues, and apply appropriate cleaning methods to preserve the integrity of your garments.

We'll contact you if there are any concerns or noted risks before we proceed with a clean.

Can dry cleaning remove all stains?

Although we do our best to remove every stain, some may be permanent. Stains that are old, caused by sun damage, fabric wear, burns, or other irreversible issues may not be fully treatable.

Sharing details about the stain when you drop off your garment helps us choose the most effective cleaning method.

What's your policy on damaged / missing items?

If an item shows signs of damage before cleaning, we’ll let you know and may decline to clean it if there’s a risk it could worsen.

In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during our process, we’ll handle it transparently and work with you to make it right. Every item is individually tagged for tracking, and each order goes through four quality checkpoints to ensure accuracy and care.

Do you offer repair and alteration services?

We provide a range of repair and alteration services to help extend the life of your garments and ensure the perfect fit. Whether you need a button replaced, a hem adjusted, a zipper fixed, or more detailed tailoring, our skilled team has you covered.

Simply bring in the item to our location and let us know what you need. We’ll assess the work required and provide a timeline and quote. Quick fixes can often be turned around in just a few days.
